The survey opens once your conversations are in. Your answers are linked to your participant token only, never to your name. The token is in the email you received when you signed the consent form; the link in the survey email fills it in for you.
Open the De-ID Studio to prepare and submit more conversations. We email you the survey link as soon as your donation is complete.
Lost your token? Ask for it again on the consent page. Questions? Write to Mta146@sfu.ca.
